Clive Aquatic Center Season Pass Reimbursement for Urbandale Residents

The reimbursement amount is based on the purchase date shown on your City of Clive receipt:

• Passes purchased July 12, 2026, or earlier are eligible for a $40 reimbursement per pass.
• Passes purchased July 13, 2026, or later are eligible for a $20 reimbursement per pass.

Clive reduced its season pass prices by 50% beginning July 13, 2026. The Urbandale reimbursement was adjusted to account for the lower non-resident price while continuing to help Urbandale residents receive a cost comparable to Clive residents.

Yes. The reimbursement is based on the date the pass was purchased, not the date the reimbursement request is submitted. Submit your dated receipt showing that the purchase occurred July 12, 2026, or earlier.

Urbandale previously operated an indoor pool. When that facility was no longer available, Urbandale partnered with the City of Clive to help ensure Urbandale residents still have convenient pool access at a reasonable cost. This reimbursement is part of that long-standing effort to keep good recreation options available for our community.

Because Clive sells the pass through their standard purchase system. Urbandale’s support happens afterward through a direct reimbursement, based on proof of purchase and residency.

This updated approach is designed to make the program simpler to administer and monitor while providing clearer transparency to residents (full cost + reimbursement shown separately).

Reimbursements are completed through a check and mailed to your home address.  Please allow two weeks for reimbursement.
